The opinion of Prof. Alex Schneider during the Swiss Prize nomination in 2003 is:
“Scientific research of the Bulgarian team (Dr. Ignatov, Prof. Antonov, Dipl. Eng. Galabova) from the Scientific Research Center of Medical Biophysics shows not only the efforts of the healer, but also the expected medical effects on the person. They are performed within time limits that are acceptable according to Western standards.”
Prof. Dr. Ignat Ignatov is also a holder of Vernadski’s Prize 2003, Chizhevski’s Prize 2005, Medal 2007, Koch’s Medal 2008 for scientific research.

1. Spectrum of water in “give” and “take” mode. The method is called Differential Non-equilibrium Energy Spectrum (DNES) (Prof. Antonov, 1983). Prof. Ignat Ignatov is a co-author in the development of the method regarding biophysical fields’ research (1998).

The studies were performed in Chalkida. Greece, August 2019.

Conclusions related to the biophysical results of Ulrich Pape and expected medical results on a person:

1. An excellent alternative effect was achieved with the spectral analysis of water. Ulrich Pape is able to influence in “give” and “take” mode with medical effects.
2. Ulrich Pape is able to control energy flows in “give” and “take” mode.

This means that Ulrich Pape can have an influence on the human body with medical effects.
